The Green Man is a 50/50 marriage of Chinese Green Tea and Lemongrass - two botanicals that complement each other perfectly. The green tea brings a clean, grassy base while the lemongrass adds a bright citrus lift that lingers on the palate.

Unlike heavier black teas, this blend is intentionally light. The mellow sharpness makes it endlessly drinkable - warming in winter, refreshing over ice in summer, and genuinely fun frozen into party ice cubes.

Brewing Guide

How to Brew the Perfect Cup

Measure
Use 1 heaped teaspoon (approx. 2-3g) per 200ml cup.
Temperature
Heat water to 80°C - not boiling. Green tea is delicate.
Steep
Infuse for 2-3 minutes. Longer steeping increases bitterness.
Enjoy
Serve hot, chill over ice, or freeze into cubes for parties.

Cold Brew Tip

Add 3-4 teaspoons to 500ml of cold water. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours for a naturally sweet, ultra-refreshing cold brew. No bitterness, just clean citrus green.
