About This Sauce

A chilli based Worcester style sauce, adapted from Australian Extreme Chilli Condiments RC Burner, and made with plum jam from A Bit of a Pickle.

Unlike other brands, ours is also 100% vegan - we don't use anchovies in ours.

Producer Story

This sauce is born from a collaboration between two small-batch producers. The chilli heat is adapted from Australian Extreme Chilli Condiments' RC Burner recipe, while the plum jam base comes from the talented team at A Bit of a Pickle.

The name is a playful nod to our beloved hometown - a Welsh twist on the classic Worcestershire style. Sourced exclusively through The Spiced Cup, Cowdenbeath Fife.
